What do I need to qualify?

You’re an ambitious South African professional with an education and experience in Engineering, Energy & Infrastructure or Finance & Accounting, but more importantly, you’re motivated to grow, join a community, and gain international exposure. 

After an initial conversation, we’ll learn more about your background and match your skills, goals and ambitions to a suitable role at one of our partner companies.

How do I get a visa?

With our dedicated relocation team guiding your and your family’s relocation every step of the way, we’ll take the lead on your Netherlands work permit and guide you through each step of the visa process, ensuring a smooth relocation.

Who will I work for?

Employed by iSprout, you will perform your daily work at one of iSprout’s strategic partner companies in the Netherlands or remotely from South Africa. Our partners are forward thinking Dutch businesses that share our big on people values, global mindset and commitment to impact.

Who takes care of my flights?

Our dedicated relocation team will guide you to arrange your flights once your placement and visa are confirmed and you’re ready to go Beyond Boundaries.

What about my partner and(or) family?

iSprout’s relocation team takes care of the visas for your partner or spouse and children.

We can also advise on partner visa options or work permits to ensure your move abroad goes smoothly together.

What about my pets?

It’s absolutely possible to bring your pets with you to the Netherlands. There are clear guidelines and approved relocation options for travelling with animals internationally, so your furry (or feathered) family members can make the move too.

How long is the process?

Depending on your personal travel documents, placement at the client and your own preferences we can arrange your relocation within 4-12 weeks.

Alongside our iSprout team, we work with excellent third-party partners who help make the visa application and relocation process efficient and smooth.

What about the language barrier?

Dutch is the official language of the Netherlands. Our partner companies are mainly Dutch-speaking. Although the Netherlands is very international, learning Dutch will be essential to help you integrate and work efficiently in the Netherlands. iSprout takes care of Dutch lessons too, facilitating a smooth transition to the new life and work in the Netherlands.

This is highly dependent on where our partner is located who matches best with your skills and ambitions. Of course we take your preferences into consideration as well. We have partners all over the Netherlands, offering you quite an array of options. 

Our Head Quarter is in Eindhoven.
