About The Opportunity

Introduction

The Housing Coordinator is responsible for securing suitable housing for employees relocating from South Africa to the Netherlands. You will work closely with the Relocation Manager and external rental agents to ensure employees are housed within budget,timelines, and expectations.

Requirements

Education:Bachelor degree level
Skills:
‍
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex logistical challenges.
- Extensive experience in the Dutch Housing market.
- Multitasking and attention to detail in high-pressure environment

Personality: Proactive, Sociable, Community-driven, Enthusiastic, Resilient.

Types of roles available?

Responsibilities

1.Source and secure suitable housing across the Netherlands within approved budgetranges
2.Manage employee expectations regarding the Dutch housing market
3.Act as a liaison between employees and rental agents
4.Coordinate housing timelines to align with relocation schedules
5.Maintain accurate records and updates related to housing searches
6.Provide regular updates to and collaborate closely with the Relocation Manager
