About The Opportunity

Introduction

We are looking for a Relocation Manager who will be dedicated to managing the relocation of South African professionals to the Netherlands. The role will require close interaction with South African professionals to ensure a smooth relocation process and a soft landing in the Netherlands.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor degree level
  • Skills:
    • Strong organizational and project management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex logistical challenges.
    • Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and relocation managementtools.
    • Multitasking and attention to detail in high-pressure environments.
  • Personality: Proactive, Sociable, Community-driven, Enthusiastic, Resilient.

Types of roles available?

Responsibilities

  1. Relocation Planning and Coordination:
    • Develop and implement relocation plans tailored to the specific needs of relocating employees.
    • Create and manage timelines for the relocation process, ensuring key milestones are met.
    • Communicate with the relocating employee, providing detailed information about the process.
  2. Stakeholder Management:
    • Communication with stakeholders including housing support, IND partner, Dutch lecturer, Holland Expat Center, and
      Gemeentes.
    • Evaluate the performance of vendors and partners, maintaining quality standards for service delivery.
  3. Documentation and Process
    • Maintain accurate updates of all relocation cases, including expenses, and timelines.
    • Identify needs and improvements in the current relocation process.
  4. Support and Communication:
    • Address any challenges or issues that arise during the relocation process, including logistical problems or employee
      concerns.
    • Work to minimize disruptions and ensure a seamless transition for the relocating party.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for relocating employees or clients, answering questions and providing
      guidance throughout the process.
